The Arm Farm program is a two day per week program focused around biceps, triceps, and forearm strengthening/growth. It is a 4 week program. The plan comes sent in an excel file with exercises fully hyperlinked to YouTube for demonstration. The excel file is formatted in a template that also allows you to print and take with you to the gym so you can track sets, reps, weight, and progress.
